Dr. Joanna Tylman, DMD, DDS

Dr. Joanna Tylman earned her DMD degree from the Medical University of Gdansk in Poland in 2000. After completing her residency with the Polish Navy in Gdansk, she moved to the U.S. where she obtained her DDS degree at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2005. Since then, she has been practicing as a general dentist specializing in cosmetic and family dentistry.

Dr. Tylman is constantly updating her qualifications by taking continuing education courses and professional training in all aspects of dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

She loves to work with children, and dentistry is not only her profession but also her passion!

Dr. Simona Katona, DDS

Dr. Simona Katona attended the International Dentist Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she received her DDS. She continued her education and completed a postgraduate residency program in Periodontics at UIC, where she served as chief resident.

Dr. Katona continues to teach as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at UIC. She enjoys treating all aspects of periodontal disease, periodontal plastic surgery, hard and soft tissue regeneration, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Katona is committed to providing excellent patient care and striving to achieve long-lasting, predictable results. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the Chicago Dental Society.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her young son and her family, traveling, and swimming.

Dr. Agnieszka Osika, DDS

Dr. Agnieszka Osika earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Southern Illinois School of Dental Medicine. Since then, she has been practicing general dentistry in Chicago and its suburbs. Dr. Agnieszka enjoys all aspects of dentistry and strives to satisfy her patients’ dental needs in a practical and aesthetic manner.

Her dedication to dentistry and meticulous attention to detail help Dr. Agnieszka produce beautiful and healthy smiles for her patients. To provide the highest quality of care, she continues to take professional training courses and continuing education in all areas of dentistry. Dr. Agnieszka is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, and American Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Hanna Szymanska, DDS

Dr. Hanna Szymanska earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Medical University of Bialystok in Poland in 1986. After several years of successful dental practice in Poland, Dr. Szymanska moved to America, where she received a second DDS degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001.

Dr. Szymanska works with adults and children, practicing all aspects of general dentistry, as well as having high proficiency in cosmetic and restorative dental arts. Dr. Szymanska strives to remain current in advanced dental technology while simultaneously providing caring and gentle treatment.

She is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, The Polish-American Medical Society Dental Study Club, and The Northwest Society of Women Dentists. Dr. Szymanska spends her free time exploring the Caribbean Islands and the Wine Country of Central and Northern California.

Dr. Iwona Kochanski, DDS

Dr. Kochanski earned her DDS degree at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany, in 1992. She moved to Chicago in 1998, where she completed the dental residency program at UIC.

Working as a general dentist, she has great experience in all areas of general dentistry, including implant restoration, veneers, fillings, crowns, and bridges.

Dr. Geoffrey McMurray, DDS

Dr. Geoffrey McMurray completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Life Sciences in 1998. After serving seven years, he separated from the Army to pursue a career in dentistry. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in the Health Science Center at Houston in 2010. Dr. McMurray graduated near the top of his class and was admitted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. McMurray was commissioned in the United States Navy. He completed his Certificate of Endodontics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in 2012 and concurrently received his Master of Science degree in Oral Biology from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. He served as a staff endodontist supporting the United States Marine Corps with the 3rd Dental Battalion in Okinawa, Japan, and most recently aboard Naval Station Great Lakes, Illinois.

Dr. McMurray is board certified by the American Board of Endodontics. In his spare time, Dr. McMurray enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and their two daughters.
